Project coordination

My task was to organize and structure all our meetings. After having familiarised ourselves with the subject, we discuses the outline of the report and then assigned everyone to a particular sub-tasks (e.g. analyse Yahoo). Several meetings, which I chaired, were arranged in order to make the whole report as coherent as possible. I wrote summarises of all meetings and sent them via e-mail to all group members to coordinate the project.

Analysis of Freeserve

In order to get a general overview of the company, their annual report, WebPages and comments of stock analysts where investigated. Then the team decided to implement an outline covering the history of the company, its WebPages, its financial and stock market performance.

In order to evaluate the correlation between Freeserve’s stock market performance and its financial performance over the last two years, I used their balance sheets, the company’s statements and press releases and the overall performance of the Nasdaq and Ftse as indicators to explain the companies share volatilities.

Design of the WebPages

Having already created my personnel web page, I had in-depth knowledge of how to ‘program’ HTML and Java script. My concept incorporates a navigation bar on the left side so that the reader can find his way around very easily. I also use bookmarks in order to structure the subunits. Furthermore, there is links to the team member page, the contents page and feedback page below the banner. On the bottom one will always find a navigation bar which allow for seeing the previous, next or home page.
